Hosting an event can be an exciting but challenging endeavor, and choosing an outside caterer with a fully self-sufficient gazebo set up can make all the difference.   1. Arrival and Set-Up:

    • Timeliness: As your caterer, we will arrive well in advance to set up the gazebo and prepare the food. Punctuality is key to a seamless event. This is usually 2 – 2.5 hours before service.
    • Gazebo Placement: We would have discussed in advance where the gazebo will be set up to ensure it doesn’t obstruct any views or pathways.
    • Access / Egress: Upon your booking with us, we would have discussed access/ egress, our walking route for set up and where we would park our vehicle.
       
  2. Self-Sufficiency of the Gazebo:

    • Power Supply: As a fully self sufficient LPG caterer. We will not require any electric from you on the day of your event.
    • Water Supply: We have access to our own water supply so will not require access to water from you.
    • Cooking Facilities: We like to describe our set up as a portable commercial kitchen. Our appliances include a fryer, flat top griddle, and depending on menu choice we can also have a hog roast oven or a BBQ.
    • Waste Disposal: Waste disposal will be agreed and stated in our terms and conditions.

  3. Food Preparation:

    • Freshness: We prefer to prepare food on-site, ensuring it’s served at its freshest.
    • Customisation: Discuss any dietary restrictions or special requests with us upon booking, this allows us accommodate and make alternate menu choices if required.

  4. Service Style:

    • Buffet: A buffet-style service is the preferred method with outside catering. Your guests can choose from a variety of dishes.

  5. Event Coordination:

    • Coordination with Other Vendors: If other vendors will be at your event, we would agree with you the location and order of arrival to best suit your needs for the day.
    • Timeline Management: We will always do our best to adhere to the event schedule, serving courses and handling clean-up at the appropriate times. The typical event for us entails a 2 – 2.5hr set/ food prep. A 2 hours serving window and then finally 1 hour to clean up and pack away.

  6. Clean-Up:

    • Post-Event Clean-Up: We will be responsible for cleaning up our area and leaving the space as they found it.
    • Breakdown of the Gazebo: After the event, the gazebo and catering equipment will be dismantled and taken away.

  7. Guest Satisfaction:

    • Guest Experience: The success of your event is measured by guest satisfaction. Encourage feedback to help improve future events.
    • Flexibility: We try our best to allow flexibility in menu choices and adjustments to accommodate your guests’ preferences.
